PRODUCT MANAGER (Interior Designer)
Qualifications:
- Must create blueprints for kitchens, cabinetries, office partition & furniture, based on client requirements.
- The manager must oversee operations of all department staff & independent contractors such as cabinet makers/carpenters to ensure proper end-to-end design & sales service to clients
- Must have relevant work experience in the same field.
- Good drawing skills, creativity & an eye for design, including color, & good 3D.
Responsibilities:
- Improve customer’s experience & stimulate sales of kitchen items, cabinetries, & furniture (including office items).
- Provide courteous, interactive, & end-to-end support to customers (Design – Quotation – Construction Supervision) according to customer’s requirements.
- Interact with customers to know about their needs, requirements and budgetary limits, & present products/creative solutions suitable for their requirement.
- Implement selling & operational design processes (layout/3D, overall design assistance) at home & in store.
- Communicate with related product suppliers for technical/material/construction issues & request for company order quotations.
- Manage & delegate responsibilities to design staff, carpenters, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), & furniture assemblers.
- Provide solution on site for technical construction issues, & making sure building standards are followed in built-in installations.
- Oversee Operations of all staff & independent contractors such as cabinet makers/carpenters.
