CNC MILLING OPERATOR (With Programming)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC milling machines (Haidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc systems).
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Skilled in editing and correcting CNC programs, as well as tool adjustments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints accurately.
- Knowledgeable about various tools, materials, and measuring techniques.
- Experience with DMG, Mecof, or Schaudt machines is an advantage.
- Familiarity with overhead crane operations is a plus.
- Filipino applicants currently residing in the Philippines are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring correct tooling and machine settings.
- Adjust and correct CNC programs as needed to maintain production quality.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints to produce precise components.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment safely when handling heavy parts.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
