WASTEWATER (DESIGN) ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCad
• Technical expertise in engineering principles, environmental regulations and project management

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop wastewater treatment systems, including the selection and sizing of equipment, and be able to implement start to finish, design, source and construction of a septage receiving and treatment station
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications and cost estimates for wastewater infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies and suppliers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements
• Supervise and oversee the construction and installation of wastewater treatment systems, ensuring adherence to design specification and quality standard
