Production Supervisor (Diaper)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Preferably in the medical device or disposable sanitary products (diapers, bedpads/underpads, sanitary napkins) industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the diaper production line, ensuring that production schedules are followed and targets are met.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the production process to ensure that production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained and assign work tasks according to production needs.

Requirements:
