HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team.
• Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional indoor climate control.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence.
