CIVIL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years work of experience prefarably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries
• Civil Engineer is responsible to develop and implements strategies and programs to enhance plant availability and to reduce operating and maintenance costs; this includes the application of new technology
• Saudi Aramco or GCC Experience preferred
• Have to provide technical support for engineering, construction, and commissioning of Civil, structural, architectural activities including foundation integrity
• Can develop and review foundation details, load assessments, stress analysis, data sheet, geotechnical report, structural analysis and design software (e.g. SACS, STAAD Pro, CAP)
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. Excellent project management abilities
• Can develop Constructability and determine the most optimum construction methodologies to be applied for a project in consideration of the projects’ technical characteristics and design options like modulation, affected by environmental conditions such as site location(s), economic and political circumstances (location factors), cost and schedule and quality requirements
• Can deliver the tools, templates and systems to ensure the safe, passionately and flawlessly delivery of the project.
• Liaison between Project Management and technical disciplines to achieve integration across all project disciplines.
• Ensure scope, risk and interfaces are captured, manage Interfaces between internal and external parties and documented.
• Interface regularly with equipment vendors to resolve current problems as well as introduce and apply new technologies.
• Liaise with site to ensure suitability of civil equipment technical selections for maintainability and operability
• Must Assist in development, implementation and ensure quality and integrating process
• Must provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of the project life cycle (pre-feasibility, feasibility, Prefeed, feed basic design, detailed engineering and construction).
• Must to provide Civil, Structural, Architectural equipment, material and civil / structural designs review, assessments, RFI’s response, scope and technology evaluation.
• Compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulation
• Fluent in English, oral, written and computer Literate
• Piping / Process Engineer Specialist (Bachelors degree of Civil Engineering or a related field)
