Manufacturing Control Engineer
Qualifications:
- BS Electronics & Communication Engr.
- Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the following tools: 5s, Kaizen, 5why analysis
- Can read and write electrical drawings.
- Can read and write pneumatic & hydraulic drawings.
- Background knowledge in PLC programming – Allen Bradley RSlogix Software ( Logic 500-Studio 50000
Background knowledge in Drives automation - Allen Bradley power & Kinetix servo flex series
- Danfoss AC Drives – ABB Drives (Background knowledge in HMI software and programming) Allen Bradley Factorytalk View editions – Siemens
- WinCC Flexible(Background knowledge in CAD drawings) AutoCAD, E-plan (Background knowledge on Fanuc Robots)
- Flexibility on rotating shift schedules ( Day/Night )
- Hands-on troubleshooting capacity.
- Background knowledge in calibration and use of calibration tools.
- Manufacturing background and can work logically in times of pressure.
- Can independently work or can work within a group.
- Able to lead small or big groups for project execution.
- Self-motivated and able to formulate solutions on production issues.
- Positive attitude towards colleagues and subordinates.
