Staff / Senior Engineer

Qualifications

  • Degree in related discipline with min 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Good in Manufacturing Process Knowledge
  • Knowledge in IATF 16949 & VDA6.3 methodology
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels
  • Project management skills will be advantageous
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Responsibilities

  • The position will be responsible for managing specific customer account on Quality aspects to ensure all parts build are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance and drive for improvement.
  • Develop and implement any required quality control procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc.
  • Performs internal audits of the process to ensure compliance.
  • Review and revise specifications for products or processes.
  • Review SPC indicators and coordinate out of control action plan.
  • Coordinate New Product Transfer activity.
  • Coordinate internal QDN review and lot disposition.
  • Coordinate 8D review, action implementation, validation and verification.
  • Coordinate customer requirement and implementation.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
