SALON – SPA MANAGER

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salon/Spa Manager or in a leadership role in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of salon and spa services, treatments, and trends.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Business acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial aspects.
• Proficiency in using salon management software or booking systems.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of salon or spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of beauty therapists, hair stylists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement effective salon/spa policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of products, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Manage the booking system and appointment scheduling.
• Conduct staff training and professional development programs.
• Handle financial aspects, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and techniques.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
• Report to upper management and provide regular updates on performance and operations
