SUPERVISOR (CIVIL)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews or prepares drawings and technical specification for such work.
  • Supervises any inhouse project work done by technicians/contractors/subcontractors.
  • Participates in the testing and commissioning of new or modified systems, updates ‘on-site’
  • Ensures that all the subordinates and contractors/subcontractors are aware of safe working practices and takes necessary precautions in hazardous work environment
  • Fulfils all the requirements of the CAFM system.
  • Utilizes the system to maximize availability and reliability of the facilities and minimize operating and maintenance costs
  • Adheres to ISO accreditation, regulation of the client. Carries out audits and completes ‘action points’ to conform to ISO 9001 (QMS system), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management system) OHSAS 18001(Occupational Health & Safety) quality management
  • Assists the client Senior Maintenance Engineer in developing and implementing ‘Operational/Functional’ and preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
