Instrument and Control Commissioning Lead

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing commissioning projects, coordinating tasks, allocating resources, scheduling activities, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timely and successful completion within scope, quality, and safety constraints.
• Strong leadership abilities to lead commissioning teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary departments, supervise technicians and engineers, provide guidance, foster a collaborative environment, and drive excellence in commissioning initiatives and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, vendors, contractors, regulators, and management, convey technical information, present findings, address concerns, facilitate discussions, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
