Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Male applicants are preferred
• Communication and listening skills at a high, clear level – to use during interaction internally and externally.
• Customer Orientation – to value customers and provide highest possible customer service
• Problem Solving/Innovativeness – look at situations from different angles and find new approaches or solutions in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and collaborate with local authorities to ensure all branches are running in accordance with government rules.
• To maintain and improve service levels and customer satisfaction through regular monitoring of operational performance and management of the overall business scorecard.
• To increase revenue and analyze business performance through effective cost management.
