Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sewing, garment construction, or a related field
• Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.
• Ability to understand and follow sewing patterns and instructions.
• Keen attention to detail for precise cutting and stitching.
• Capability to work with various fabrics and materials creatively.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using sewing tools.
• Capability to troubleshoot and find solutions during sewing projects.
• Basic communication skills for following instructions and collaborating in a team.

Job Description:

• Proficient in operating sewing machines and hand sewing techniques for stitching fabric and materials together.
• Ability to interpret and follow sewing patterns, layouts, and instructions to create garments or items.
• Accurately measure and cut fabric based on patterns and design specifications.
• Assemble garments, home textiles, or other sewn items according to design requirements and quality standards.
• Perform repairs, alterations, or adjustments to clothing or items as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring proper stitching, alignment, and overall appearance.
• Understanding different types of fabrics, threads, and sewing materials suitable for various projects.
• Proficient in using sewing tools such as scissors, needles, pins, and measuring tools.
