ARCHITECT/ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Experience in design of Infrastructure, Hardscape, Irrigation, Pump Room, Pumps and MEP Works
• Computer knowledge in MS, Revit, Autocad, 2D & 3D, GIS with Driver License (advantage)
• Background expereince with O&M Services, Landscape, Irrigation, Streetscape, Construction, Infrastructure, Demolition & Site Clearance, Earthwork and Site Preparation, Road works, all related to civil activities.
• Proficient in Interpretation of Project Contract documents, Specification, standards and drawings, Preparing Bar Bending Schedule, checking steel work of slab, beam and column before concreting
• Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & ISO standard with Driver License.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals

Requirements:
