- Fish processing involves a series of steps aimed at transforming raw fish into marketable products for human consumption.
- These processes are designed to preserve the freshness, quality, and safety of the fish while maximizing its value.
- Cleaning and filleting to packaging and distribution, each stage plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality seafood to consumers worldwide.
