Butler/Waitress

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years related work experience
  • Hotel industry background (formal dining, table setting, silver service, beverage service)
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Detail-oriented & can work under pressure
  • Honest & trustworthy (can handle transactions)
  • Age below 32 years old
  • Minimum height: 168 cm, not overweight
  • Pleasing personality & well-groomed
  • Strong customer service skills (VIP experience is an advantage)
  • Computer literate (basic admin tasks)
  • High level of discretion & confidentiality
  • Flexible, proactive & adaptable
  • Maintains high standards in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
  • Present menu, answer questions and make menu recommendations.
  • pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, remove dirty plates.
  • Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Process payments of food orders with the cash register and/ or POS.

  • Salary QAR 5,000 + duty meals & other company benefits
