Wheel Loader Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Wheel Loader Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Skilled in material handling, truck loading, and heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledgeable in equipment safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), operator certifications, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site and environmental conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate wheel loader equipment safely and efficiently for loading, transporting, and stockpiling materials at construction and industrial sites.
• Load soil, sand, gravel, rocks, debris, and other materials into trucks, hoppers, or designated storage areas.
• Perform site clearing, backfilling, and material handling operations according to project requirements.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks before daily use.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical defects or maintenance issues immediately.
• Follow worksite safety regulations, traffic management procedures, and company operational standards.
• Operate wheel loader equipment safely on uneven terrain, confined areas, and challenging site conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, signalmen, truck drivers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain daily operational logs, inspection records, and fuel usage reports.
• Keep the equipment and work area clean and organized at all times.
