TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled Welders to perform structural welding for precast concrete and construction projects in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for welding reinforcing steel and structural components based on technical drawings while ensuring high standards of workmanship, quality, and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 24–40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Welder.
• Proven experience in structural steel welding and reinforcing steel welding.
• Proficient in SMAW (Stick Electrode) welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Skilled in using angle grinders, demolition hammers, and other fabrication tools.
• Good understanding of welding safety procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in a construction or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding of reinforcing steel and steel components in accordance with technical drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding/Stick Electrode) welding to produce strong and durable welds.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication details.
• Prepare materials for welding by measuring, cutting, cleaning, grinding, and aligning components.
• Inspect joints and ensure proper fit-up before welding operations.
• Operate angle grinders, demolition hammers, and other hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform weld repairs, touch-ups, and finishing work when required.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Follow approved welding procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumables in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties assigned by supervisors.
