Wall & Ceiling Plasterer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a plasterer
• Skilled in solid plastering, patching, skimming, and surface preparation
• Ability to repair cracks, holes, and damaged walls and ceilings
• Competent in interior painting and touch-up work
• Experience installing doors, door knobs, and basic hardware
• Ability to repair or replace taps, faucets, and perform minor plumbing tasks
• Experience in floor tile repair and replacement
• Experience replacing broken or sunken brick pavers
• General handyman or maintenance experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering, skimming, and surface finishing work on walls and ceilings
• Carry out repairs for damaged plaster, cracks, and surface imperfections
• Perform interior painting and finishing touch-ups as required
• Install and repair doors, locks, and basic hardware fittings
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs including taps and faucets
• Repair or replace damaged floor tiles and brick paving
• Carry out general maintenance and handyman duties across sites
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to quality standards
