Australian Skilled Migration is seeking a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler to install, repair, and maintain tiles for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in tile installation, surface preparation, and finishing, ensuring high-quality and precise results.
WALL AND FLOOR TILER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a wall and floor tiler.
- At least 1 year of college education or completion of a 1-year vocational course in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, tools, and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean wall and floor surfaces before tile installation.
- Measure, cut, and install tiles according to layout plans and specifications.
- Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants for durable and long-lasting finishes.
- Ensure accurate alignment, spacing, and leveling of tiles.
- Repair or replace damaged wall and floor tiles when necessary.
- Operate tiling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with construction regulations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers on-site.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle materials and tools.
