Qualifications:
- At least 3 years related work experience
- Hotel industry background (formal dining, table setting, silver service, beverage service)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Detail-oriented & can work under pressure
- Honest & trustworthy (can handle transactions)
- Age below 32 years old
- Minimum height: 168 cm, not overweight
- Pleasing personality & well-groomed
- Strong customer service skills (VIP experience is an advantage)
- Computer literate (basic admin tasks)
- High level of discretion & confidentiality
- Flexible, proactive & adaptable
- Maintains high standards in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
- Present menu, answer questions and make menu recommendations.
- pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, remove dirty plates.
- Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
- Process payments of food orders with the cash register and/ or POS.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary QAR 5,000 + duty meals & other company benefits
- Free accommodation
- Free shuttle service (accommodation to workplace and vice versa)
- 6 working days a week
- 8 hours duty + 1 hour break
- Vacation leave every 2 years with free round-trip ticket
