WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• 21 to 35 years old.
• Female applicants preferred, with a preferred minimum height of 5’4″.
• With at least 1 year of experience in a fine dining environment.
• Good general education.
• Hotel and Catering qualification is desirable.
• Knowledgeable in the proper sequence of service and fine dining service standards.
• Personable, well-presented, organized, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional, courteous, and attentive when dealing with guests.
• Willing to follow established service procedures, company policies, and instructions from supervisors.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to guests in a fine dining environment.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide menus as required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Follow the established sequence of service from guest greeting through order taking, serving, clearing, and farewell.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.
• Set and prepare dining tables according to fine dining standards.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, service stations, and assigned areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond appropriately to requests.
• Provide accurate information about menu items, ingredients, and available food and beverage options.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely and smooth food service.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and refer issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, cleanliness, and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow hotel or restaurant policies, service procedures, food safety standards, and workplace regulations.
• Assist with preparation and organization before service and cleaning duties after service.
• Monitor table supplies such as cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments and replenish them when necessary.
• Process or coordinate guest bills and payments accurately when assigned.
• Work effectively as part of a team during busy and high-volume service periods.
• Perform other duties related to food and beverage service as assigned by management.
