SILVA CZ s.r.o. is hiring Trailer Truck Drivers for deployment to Czech Republic. The role involves transporting goods using trailer trucks, performing routine vehicle maintenance, and supporting logistics operations while ensuring compliance with European road safety and transport regulations.

Trailer Truck Driver

Qualifications:

• Male, 23 to 45 years old.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a trailer truck driver.
• Able to perform routine maintenance of trucks and trailers.
• With forklift experience is an advantage.
• Ability to operate manual/electric pallet trucks is an advantage.
• Holds a valid driver’s license with international authorization for personal vehicles (up to 2.5 tons) and trucks (C+E category).
• Willing to undergo driving school training in the Czech Republic to obtain C+E license.
• Willing to learn new skills and the Czech language.
• Must be in good health condition.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and long-haul driving practices.
• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours and logistics operations.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Drive trailer trucks for the transportation of goods across assigned routes.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and delivery of cargo.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of trucks and trailers.
• Operate forklifts and pallet trucks when required for loading operations.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and transport regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks.
• Report vehicle issues or delays to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks when needed.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled safely.
• Follow company logistics procedures and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams.
