Technician – HV

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Proficiency in English language; coordination skills, numerical skills, understanding and following SOPs/ work instructions, communication skills, knowledge in health & safety standards; job specific skills in the relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand ELV, LV, HV circuits and basic reading of diagrams
  • Inspect and repair when necessary low, medium and high-voltage equipment such as transformers, MDBs, SMDBs
  • Repair electrical faults and bring systems to normal operational conditions
  • Read, when required, electrical meters and compile information in an understandable manner
  • Diagnose faults in electrical motors, switch gears, and suggest repair methods
