Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate.
• Proven experience as a Sushi Maker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sushi items including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients at all times.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare ingredients such as rice, seafood, and vegetables.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
