SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in critical grading and leveling for runways, aprons, and building foundations.
- High proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other modern surveying instruments.
- Strong knowledge of survey data processing software and engineering survey techniques.
- Familiarity with airport construction requirements, including compliance with restricted airspace regulations.
- Highly organized with proven ability to maintain accurate survey logs, coordinates, and documentation for strict auditing and quality control.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary construction teams and remote project environments.
- Preferably not more than 50 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Perform land and engineering surveys for airport construction projects, including runways, aprons, taxiways, terminal buildings, and building foundations.
- Carry out critical grading, leveling, and setting-out activities to ensure construction is completed according to approved plans and design specifications.
- Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, levels, and other precision survey instruments.
- Process, analyze, and verify survey data using appropriate surveying and engineering software.
- Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and site coordinates to support construction accuracy.
- Ensure survey activities comply with airport operational requirements, restricted airspace regulations, and project safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, coordinates, and technical documentation to support project audits and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to resolve survey-related issues and provide technical support throughout project execution.
- Conduct regular verification surveys to ensure completed works conform to engineering tolerances and project specifications.
