Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred.

• Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours in a demanding environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces according to restaurant hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning supplies and dishwashing equipment.
• Assist in proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
