Elite Global Facility Management Services is seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to support construction projects by preparing and installing steel reinforcement structures. The successful candidate will ensure that all reinforcement work is completed accurately, safely, and according to project specifications.

STEEL FIXER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a steel fixer or carpenter in open building construction.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans is an advantage.
• TESDA NC II certification in Reinforcing Steel Works or Carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement plans.
• Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh used in reinforced concrete structures.
• Assemble and install reinforcement frameworks for beams, columns, slabs, and foundations.
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of reinforcement materials.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow site safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to meet project deadlines.
