Staff Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current hospital bedside nursing experience.
  • Must hold a valid Professional License (PRC Registered Nurse).
  • Must have an active PRC License.
  • Must have successfully passed the NCLEX-RN examination.
  • Must be willing to be deployed to any state in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work in inpatient bedside hospital roles.
  • Must understand and accept a minimum processing period of approximately two (2) years before deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and professional nursing ethics.
