Meena Medical Health Holding Company is seeking qualified and experienced Female Staff Nurses for an overseas healthcare opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide professional nursing care, support patient treatment and recovery, and work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare teams.
STAFF NURSE
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- 24 to 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid PRC License is required.
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.
- Must have a Saudi Council License.
- Willing to be assigned to any department and location as required.
- Good English communication skills are essential.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients according to established healthcare standards.
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and report significant changes to physicians and senior nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and medical interventions.
- Provide appropriate patient education and health-related instructions.
- Assist patients with daily care needs while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and use of medical equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow hospital protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional nursing standards.
- Be willing to work in different hospital departments and locations as assigned.
