Fabricator (Tank/ Vessel)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Proven experience working as a fabricator, specifically within an ASME-approved facility with knowledge of S, U, and R stamp requirements.
• Strong proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC) and the ability to work with different materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys, and Hastelloy steel.
• Familiarity with ASME standards and regulations related to the fabrication of pressure vessels, tanks, and structural components.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication of steel structures, ducts, vessels, and tanks within an ASME-approved facility bearing S, U, and R stamps.
• Work with a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel (SS), alloys, and Hastelloy steel, understanding the unique properties and handling requirements of each.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately measure, cut, shape, assemble, and weld fabricated components according to specifications
