Tomoedoboku Co., Ltd. is seeking skilled and reliable Scaffolders under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring safety and compliance with Japanese construction standards.
SCAFFOLDER (SSW)
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 3 years of TITP contract in Japan as Scaffolders.
- If new candidate, must have passed required Prometric Skills test for SSW-Scaffolders.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience;
- Preferably not more than 40 years old.
- Earn 200,000 yen per month, with yearly performance based bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding materials and equipment
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with construction teams on-site
- Ensure proper use of tools and protective equipment
