Danube Company Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising culinary staff, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-standard cuisine.
SOUS CHEF
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Age: 21–35 years old.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support kitchen leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
- Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and cook food to the company’s standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
