Centrecom PTE Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Site Lead to oversee the overall operations, performance, and strategic direction of its assigned site in the Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will provide senior leadership across operations, client management, financial performance, workforce development, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring that operational KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Site Lead

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site leadership, operations management, business process management, or a similar senior management role.
• Strong ability to lead overall site operations and translate business objectives into effective operational strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, including KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including budgeting, cost management, resource optimization, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people-development skills.
• Experience leading senior leaders and building leadership succession pipelines.
• Strong client relationship management and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of business continuity planning, operational risk management, governance, audit, and compliance.
• Understanding of information security, data privacy, and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, operational transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, automation, AI, and digital transformation is an advantage.
• Ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, scalability, innovation, and cost optimization.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the assigned site.
• Develop and execute site strategies aligned with company and broader business objectives.
• Represent the site in leadership discussions with regional and global stakeholders.
• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive organizational change, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets across programs operating at the site.
• Monitor overall site performance and develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, productivity, and service delivery.
• Lead business continuity planning and operational risk management activities.
• Ensure the site is prepared to respond effectively to operational disruptions and business risks.
• Own the site’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost management, resource planning, and profitability.
• Monitor operating expenses and implement appropriate cost-control measures.
• Optimize workforce and resource utilization while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support business growth initiatives and participate in client business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Drive productivity improvement and cost-optimization initiatives across site operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executive stakeholders, and key business partners.
• Serve as the executive escalation point for critical operational, client, and service-delivery issues.
• Lead governance meetings, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction and address significant client concerns promptly.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop senior leaders and management teams.
• Build succession pipelines and strengthen leadership capabilities across the site.
• Champion employee engagement, talent development, and workforce retention initiatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and client requirements.
• Oversee implementation of information security, data privacy, and workplace safety requirements.
• Lead governance, audit, compliance, and risk-management initiatives.
• Monitor compliance performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through effective use of operational and business performance data.
• Drive innovation and identify new approaches to improve efficiency, service delivery, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and implement successful operational strategies.
• Ensure effective communication of business priorities, operational objectives, and performance expectations throughout the site.
• Perform other senior management and site leadership duties assigned by company management.
