ANENIAS JDOO is looking for skilled and experienced Ship Mechanics to join its marine engineering team in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling ship engines, mechanical systems, and auxiliary marine equipment to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

SHIP MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Ship Mechanic or in a similar marine mechanical position.
• Must have a verifiable Certificate of Employment (COE) confirming relevant work experience.
• Must possess a READY NBI Apostille for application processing.
• Must submit a video demonstrating actual work experience related to ship mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding marine environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and precision repairs on ship engines, mechanical systems, and auxiliary marine equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, adjust, and overhaul mechanical components to ensure optimal vessel performance and operational safety.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and assist in structural and mechanical repair work in compliance with European maritime safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company and safety procedures.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
