Senior Analyzer Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in analyzer maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of process analyzers, instrumentation systems, calibration procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience handling complex analyzer maintenance tasks and industrial instrumentation equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and engineering documents.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance of process analyzers and related instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and test analyzer equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
• Inspect analyzer systems, identify faults, and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Support installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of analyzer equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to analyzer technicians and maintenance teams.
• Review technical documents, drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
