SECURITY GUARD

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working abroad.
• Relevant security guard work experience is an advantage.
• Security-related training or certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in security, facility protection, access control, patrol operations, or related work is preferred.
• Alert, observant, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations.
• Ability to follow security instructions, procedures, and company policies.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and conducting patrols for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a security team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure assigned buildings, facilities, properties, and designated areas.
• Maintain a visible security presence to help prevent unauthorized activities and security incidents.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and other authorized personnel.
• Verify identification, access passes, and visitor information according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify suspicious activities, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or property damage.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, access-control systems, and other security equipment when assigned.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and disturbances.
• Assist in maintaining order during emergencies, evacuations, accidents, or other unexpected situations.
• Protect company property, equipment, facilities, and other assets from theft, damage, unauthorized use, or vandalism.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, visitor records, and patrol reports.
• Report accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches immediately.
• Follow established emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and workplace security procedures.
• Assist visitors, employees, and clients with basic directions and security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Enforce site-specific security policies and access-control procedures.
• Ensure restricted areas are accessed only by authorized personnel.
• Safeguard keys, access cards, security equipment, and other assigned items.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of security posts and assigned areas.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding security procedures, company information, and incidents.
• Coordinate with supervisors, security personnel, facility staff, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, security procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable workplace regulations.
• Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.
