Logi and Build Business Cooperative is seeking motivated Scaffolding Workers to join our team in Japan under the TITP program. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaffolding work, be hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn Japanese through our free language program.

SCAFFOLDING WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Experience in scaffolding work is required.
• Willingness to attend a 3-month free Nihongo (Japanese language) class.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in site preparation and support construction teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Training Certificates/TESDA NC II or equivalent
