Job Description:

• Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals.
• Responsible for greeting customers, helping them decide on the menu, ringing up orders. Must have excellent communication skills and well verse to services offered.
• Updated to trends & initiate to do research on the market target, identifying prospects, promoting products, making offers, negotiating, closing sales and ensuring after-sales support.
