Merchandiser

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Should have substantial experience in sales, specifically with the HOME APPLIANCES/LED TV
  CATEGORY.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design store layouts to maximize impact and optimize customer flow.
• Utilize space efficiently to showcase products in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Create eye-catching window displays to attract the attention of passersby and entice them into the store.
• Rotate and update window displays regularly to reflect seasonal trends and promotions.
• Arrange products in appealing ways to highlight key features and encourage sales.
• Ensure that product displays adhere to the brand’s merchandising guidelines.
• Develop and implement signage and communication materials to convey product information and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
• Stay informed about current design and retail trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into displays.
• Adapt displays based on changing seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
• Work closely with store management, sales associates, and other relevant teams to align visual merchandising efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide guidance to store staff on maintaining standards
