Dominion Wire & Cables PTE Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales cum Export Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine their strong sales skills with an understanding of export procedures to facilitate smooth transactions and customer service. In this role, you will provide both technical assistance and administrative support, while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of export processes.
Sales cum Export Clerk
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least College-level education
- In-depth knowledge of the products, services, or technology being sold
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and orders for sales and exports
- Maintain accurate records of export documentation and shipping details
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely and correct delivery of products
- Provide technical assistance to customers and sales teams, explaining product specifications and usage
- Process and monitor export orders and shipment schedules
- Ensure all export regulations and customs requirements are met
- Prepare and review export invoices and documentation
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide follow-up support as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of product details, pricing, and technical specifications
