Roofer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Roofer or in construction work.
• College or vocational graduate (construction-related training is an advantage).
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing systems and materials.
• Inspect roofs to identify leaks, damages, and maintenance needs.
• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately.
• Apply waterproofing materials and ensure proper sealing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor structural repairs.
• Follow safety procedures when working at heights.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
• Assist in other construction or maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
