RETAIL PHARMACIST / MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
• Must be a Licensed Professional (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Proven experience of 3–5 years as a licensed pharmacist in a retail setting
• Strong knowledge of medication interactions, contraindications, and side effects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and safely
• Provide professional advice on medication use, dosage, interactions, and side effects
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Manage daily retail pharmacy operations and customer service activities
• Maintain proper inventory control and medication storage standards
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Support patient counseling and healthcare education
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
