Trillion Company is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for deployment in Brunei Darussalam. The company is seeking a strong, service-oriented leader with solid experience in restaurant operations, preferably with exposure to Chinese cuisine dining establishments.
This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who can manage staff, ensure high-quality service standards, and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or supervisory role.
- Preferably with experience in Chinese restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including food service, customer service, inventory, and cash handling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Financial management skills (budgeting, cost control, sales analysis) are an advantage.
- Ability to speak English and Filipino; Mandarin or Chinese dialect is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including food service, customer service, and overall dining experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service efficiency, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and procurement of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Supervise cash handling, billing, and POS system operations.
- Implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant sales performance and assist in cost control and budgeting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
