Research and Development Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• A master’s degree or post-graduate course in the related fields is not required but preferred.
• Must have good work experience of at least ten years in any food manufacturing FMCG company.
• Must have knowledge and strong foundations in supply chain management.
• Must have a very good communication skills.
• Strong leadership, managerial skills and human relations handling capabilities.
• Positive (can do, can be) attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mandated to determine, implement, and monitor research and development strategies and priorities to support the organization’s commercial, policy, or research objectives.
• You will lead major research projects and provide research advice to the organization.
• As part of your job. You will oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products for a company, develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products, and study the potential of new product
