TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking experienced Reinforcement Workers (Rebar Tiers) to join its precast concrete and construction operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, tying, positioning, and welding reinforcing steel according to technical drawings and engineering specifications to ensure the structural integrity of precast concrete elements and construction projects.

REINFORCEMENT WORKER (REBAR TIER)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 24–40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Reinforcement Worker (Rebar Tier).
• Proven experience in reinforcing steel installation for precast concrete or construction projects.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and reinforcement plans.
• Experienced in tying reinforcing steel using wire and approved installation methods.
• Knowledge of SMAW (Stick) or MIG/MAG welding for reinforcing steel applications.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and combustion-engine tools.
• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and quality standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual work.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, reinforcement layouts, and bar schedules.
• Measure, cut, bend, position, and install reinforcing steel bars according to project specifications.
• Tie reinforcing bars securely using tie wire, hand tools, and mechanical tying equipment.
• Perform welding of reinforcing steel using SMAW (Stick) or MIG/MAG welding processes where required.
• Assemble reinforcement cages, beams, columns, slabs, walls, and other reinforced concrete components.
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, cover, and placement of reinforcing steel before concrete pouring.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and combustion-engine tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect reinforcement work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning reinforcing steel materials on site.
• Maintain tools, welding equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Perform other reinforcement and construction duties assigned by supervisors.
