Rafeek Basheer Medical Services is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in Qatar. The successful candidates will assess and monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, assist with medical procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and provide appropriate nursing care in accordance with healthcare standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, good communication, and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Applicants with relevant nursing experience and a valid Registered Nurse qualification are preferred.

REGISTERED NURSE

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Examination).
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in patient care, health monitoring, and clinical documentation.
• Able to accurately monitor and record patient vital signs and changes in health conditions.
• Must demonstrate calmness and sound judgment in high-stress situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and other relevant measurements.
• Observe and assess patients’ overall condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records, observations, and nursing notes.
• Provide appropriate nursing care in accordance with established procedures and patient needs.
• Remain calm, professional, and responsive during high-stress situations and medical emergencies.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during patient assessments and treatments.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper care at all times.
• Follow infection control procedures, healthcare protocols, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing and patient care duties as assigned.
