RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• With experience in coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist guests and handle inquiries professionally.
• Well-organized, presentable, and able to work in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and assistance.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure proper record keeping.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
