Labab Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery of materials, and compliance with company policies and project requirements.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams
• Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
• Assist in resolving procurement-related issues and delays
