Catrion Catering is looking for a dedicated Public Attendant to maintain cleanliness and ensure a pleasant environment for guests in our airport lounges. The Public Attendant will be responsible for upholding hygiene standards, managing lounge upkeep, and providing excellent customer service.

Service Agent (Public Attendant)

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in lounge service, hotel, or hospitality
• Degree in Hospitality Service or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage operations effectively
• Previous experience in housekeeping or public area maintenance is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the lounge, including restrooms, seating areas, and dining spaces.
• Ensure timely cleaning of surfaces, floors, and furniture.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and other consumables.
• Assist guests with inquiries or requests related to the lounge facilities.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Valid Passport
